Clive Johnson, Principal of Pioneer Capital Sales, has over 35 years of experience with the property market in Sydney and around Australia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Commerce, both from the University of New South Wales. Clive has been an innovator ever since and has developed relevant finance and sales products well before their time. His expertise is diverse, having several real estate courses under his belt.
The idea for the 5-Step Selling Plan was born when trying to maximise a mortgagee-in-possession sale so that mortgages could be paid in full. Much to the agent’s surprise, the sale price was well above what had been advised (+40%). The mortgages and writs were paid, and the owner still walked away with $250,000 in his pocket.
Clive’s passion is that vendors don’t just walk away with a quick sale but with the best price they could have possibly achieved. He collaborates with an experienced team in-house and externally, such as interior designers, to set his clients up for a win.
